Jamie Brewington played 12 seasons of professional baseball. He was drafted by the Giants as a Pitcher/Outfielder in 1992. He spent 2 seasons in their minor leagues as a Pitcher before being called up in 1995.

He was traded to the Kansas City Royals in 1997. A year later he was traded again to the Brewers before getting a season ending injury in 1998. After rehabbing in 1998, Jamie signed to the Indians where he stayed until 2001. After leaving Cleveland, he played for the Twins and Red Sox where another surgery ended his career in 2002.
