Q. How do I view my videos?
All you have to do is login to the members area and click on the "PURCHASED MEDIA" link to view the Digital videos that you purchased.

Q. How do I login to the private members area to access my videos?
At the top of this page (and any protege sports page) you should see a link titled login. Or you can just CLICK HERE!

Q. How do I watch the videos online?
Log into the member area and click on the "PURCHASED MEDIA" link.

Q. How do I download the Videos to my iPhone, iPad or other device?
Currently all of our videos are streamed and must be watched using a device that is connected to the internet ande supports flash streamed video. We are in the process of adding in the capability to watch video through your iPhone or iPad, but the device must still be connected to the internet.

What if I want the actual DVDs sent to me (the physical product)?
All of our videos are delivered through our secure digital delivery network. We do not produce and/or ship DVD's. No where do we say, infer or represent that we produce DVD's

Q. How do I get the videos to play "Full Screen" in the members area?
While watching the videos, just left of the volume control button in the lower right hand corner of the video player. If you click on the small box, the video will expand to your full screen. You can reduce it to it's normal size by hitting your "Escape" (Esc) key.

Q. What Is a Whitelist?
Whitelisting refers to making someone a "trusted sender" in your email client. You can do this by adding noreply@protegesports.com email address to your "Address Book" in your email client. This will allow you to always receive all the notification emails, updates and video lessons.

Q. What do I do if I want a refund?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly we can not offer refunds for purchases of video clips, packages and/or memberships. If the purchase you made was through a Team/League registration, you must contact the Team/League administrator to start the refund process.
